As a Teacher Assistant, you will support the lead teacher in implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Your responsibilities will include supervising and interacting with children during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive guidance. You will help maintain a clean and organized classroom, prepare materials for daily activities, and assist with routines such as mealtimes and nap times. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with parents about their childrenΓ’β¬β’s progress and experiences and participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance your skills in early childhood education. We are looking for creative individuals who are passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children.

- A minimum of a high school diploma.
- Must be willing to obtain fingerprint clearance and complete CPR training.
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with toddlers.
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: Some College Credits
