The Institute supports college students and anyone interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education. Our career advisors across the state help students figure out what pathway is best for them, navigate higher education admissions and financial aid and find job opportunities.
Teachers & Assistant Teachers and teacher's adides
The Institute helps early childhood educators find and participate in professional development, pursue higher education opportunities and navigate early childhood policies and regulations. Tens of thousands of early childhood educators are members of the Aspire Registry, New York's integrated professional development system for the early childhood workforce.
Child Care and Day Care Center Directors and Administrators
The Institute's leadership-focused professional learning, graduate courses and networking opportunities support leaders in the field.
Family and Home-based Child Care Providers
The Institute understands the unique needs of family providers and serves as an essential source of support for hundreds of home-based providers across New York State.

More than 85,000 children across the state are served by an early childhood program participating in QUALITYstarsNY, the state's Quality Rating and Improvement System for early childhood programs.
