The functions of the Center Operations & Recruitment Manager is to assist the Director of Program Operations with planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing the programmatic activities of the organization; Head Start Centers and satellite centers; Early Head Start centers; Universal Pre-K and transitional services.Β
Minimum of a BachelorΓ’β¬β’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Social Welfare, or related field from an accredited College or University and eight (8) yearsΓ’β¬β’ experience in an early childhood development managerial position including one (1) year supervising in an early childhood setting.
