St. Paul’s Christian Childhood Center, a ministry of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Saratoga Springs, NY, serves approximately 50 children from toddlers through Pre-K in a nurturing, play-based environment rooted in Christian values. Located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY, our licensed Day Care Center (OCFS License #42907) has been in operations for nearly 30 continuous years and provides high-quality early childhood education and care in a supportive, family-oriented community.
The Director of the St. Paul's Christian Childhood Center will provide overall leadership and day-to-day administration of the program, ensure full compliance with New York State OCFS regulations and licensing requirements, supervise, support, and develop teaching staff, oversee curriculum, classroom environments, and child development practices, maintain strong relationships with families and clear communication, manage enrollment, staffing, schedules, and program operations and uphold and model the Christian mission and values of the Center and Church.

Applicant must meet New York State OCFS qualifications for Day Care Center Director (one of the approved education plus experience pathways). For the right candidate, St. Paul's will work with you to support you in achieving appropriate credentialing.
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
