Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, tables, dishes, and eating utensils after meals.
- Assist children during mealtimes by encouraging healthy eating habits and promoting independence.
- Help with diapering, toileting, and other personal care needs as required.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff regarding children's daily activities and needs.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support classroom operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential is not required but is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: CDA Credential
