Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent with a current Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate credentialing (CDA) with five (5) years’ experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting or a written plan to meet the minimum requirements within two (2) years.
Preferred: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years’ experience teaching infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.

- Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
