Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in various camp activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide support and guidance to campers, fostering their personal and social development.
- Implement behavior management strategies to address any conflicts or challenges.
- Assist in planning and leading educational and recreational programs tailored to children's interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff regarding camper progress and any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
- Strong childcare skills and a passion for youth development
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Background in special education or early childhood education is a plus
- Ability to engage children in various activities, including outdoor activities and the arts
- Excellent communication and behavior management skills
Ability to Commute: Acra, NY 12405 (Required)
Work Location: In person
