We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher / Floater to support our Infant/Toddler classrooms (ages 0–2). This role involves working across classrooms as needed to maintain ratios, support daily routines, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children. There is potential for growth based on performance and qualifications.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of infants and toddlers at all times
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily care routines
- Support classroom activities, transitions, meals, and nap times
- Float between infant/toddler rooms as needed to provide coverage
- Maintain daily updates and child information in Brightwheel
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Follow all childcare regulations, health, and safety requirements
- Clean and sanitize classrooms and materials daily
- Observe children and support their developmental needs
- CDA (Infant/Toddler) or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
- Minimum Education Level: CDA Credential
- Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
