Under the guidance of the group teacher, the assistant teacher will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and executing a program that offers experiences for children, considering the educational, nutritional, social, developmental, and health requirements of both the group and each individual child.
Under the supervision of the group teacher, the assistant teacher shall be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing the program's curriculum, also, providing experiences for children which take into account the educational, emotional, social, developmental, nutritional and health needs of the group, as well as the individual child.
Minimum: At least 19 years of age. a high school diploma, GED, CDA, or associate degree in associate degree in Early childhood Education or related services. in addition, all assistant teachers must complete an up-to-date dearly background check to include but limited to SCR and Identogo fingerprinting (cost of $102.00), mandatory two hours of training in child abuse maltreatment identification, reporting, prevention and sexual harassment training.
