We are a center-based program, operating under a contract with the Department of Education for the City of New York. We are located in the Northeast section of the Bronx at 2514 Wilson Avenue, Bronx, NY 10469. Our Center has operated a 3K and PreK Program for the past seven years. We are family oriented small program, highly rated by the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for the City of New York. Current opening entails managing the daily activities of a classroom comprised of ten (10) students. The candidate will have an assigned Assistant Teacher.

Educational Requirements:
-
Pursuing a Master’s Degree and Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Minimum three-year experience working with pre-school children as a Group Teacher
-
Ability to attain clearance and maintain acceptable record related to a criminal backgroundÂ
investigation by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
We will also consider a candidate under a Study Plan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early ChildhoodÂ
Education pursuing a Master’s Degree from an accredited university/college .
