- Prefer a Master's with Certification in Early Childhood Education.
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
- Work study welcome toward Masters in Early Childhood Education
- Familiar with Teaching StrategiesÂ
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Creative, patient, and adaptable to the needs of individual learners.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
