Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards.

• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.

• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based and structured activities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents.

• Collaborate with the teaching assistant to ensure smooth daily operations and effective classroom management.

• Uphold the values and vision of Jenny’s Exploring Mind, contributing to a community-focused, child-centered learning experience.
