• Prefer a Master's with Certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
• Work study welcome toward Masters in Early Childhood Education
• Familiar with Teaching Strategies 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable to the needs of individual learners.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
