- AAS in Child Development, Elementary Ed., Physical Ed., Recreation or related field with no prior experienceรย ORรย Child Development Associate Credentialรย WITHรย one (1) year prior experienceรย ORรย 9 college credits in Child Development, Elementary Ed., Physical Ed., Recreation or related fieldรย WITHรย two (2) years direct experience working with children under the age of 13.
- Ability to plan, organize and implement age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities.
- Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred.
- Previous experience with diverse populations. Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds.
- Minimum Education Level: CDA Credential
- Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
