Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow. The successful candidate will have experience in developing lesson plans, implementing activities, and monitoring student progress. The Preschool Teacher must also be able to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, as well as possess strong organizational skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate and meet the individual needs of the students.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Observe and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe learning environment.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.  Experience working with children in an early childhood setting is preferred.
