-Following lesson plans
-Parent communication
-Assisting class activities and education with lead teaching staff
-Classroom organization
-Ensuring OCFS policies and licensing standards are met for day-to-day operations
-Maintain complete and thorough attendance of all children daily
-Managing Procare engagement updates for children
-Assist with necessary paperwork such as incident reports, medical log, etc
-High School Diploma (Associates Degree or CDA preferred)
-Prior experience working with toddlers
-Ability to take instruction from Lead Teacher to help manage classroom
-Communication skills
