Campus Kids Children's Learning Center is a licensed high quality campus childcare program. The center is open Fall Semester (August-December) and Spring Semester (January-May) and closed during the summer. Our hours are 7:30-500 Monday through Friday. The center is NAEYC and Quality Stars accredited. Children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old are accepted for care. Â
Seeking Teacher Assistants for a campus childcare center. The candidate must be a caring, kind individual with a love for children. It's preferred that they have an Early Childhood Education or related field background, be a team player, and have some flexibility in scheduling. This is a part-time position, 20-25 hours a week.Â
Responsibilities include the following:
Assist lead teacher in preparation and maintenance of the classroom environment each day.
Assist children's learning with a nurturing and caring attitude.
Assist children with diapering and toileting when needed.Â
Assist teacher in keeping the classroom organized and clean.Â
Follow the center's curriculum and New York State licensing regulations.Â
Be a team player and flexible.Â
Â
Experience working with children.
Preferred Early Childhood Education or related field background.

- Preferred Education Level: Some College Credits
