Description:

The special education instructor is contracted/or employed through Our Children First, Inc. Services provided by the special educator instructor must meet the standards of care for special education instruction therapy services and New York State professional standards.

  • Children are under age 3. Providers choose borough/ zips they prefer. Services are in-person, in the child's home.

**NYS CERTIFCATION- STUDENTS WITH DISABILITES BIRTH-2ND GRADE REQUIRED**

Qualifications

  • Minimum education and experience requirements include: a Certificate of Clinical Competence in the appropriate area (special education instruction) granted by the State Education Department; current registration or New York State to practice as a special education instructor.
Minimum Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
Preferred Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
