• Understanding and implementing current curriculum, ensuring early education center meets all educational goals.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with teachers and parents.

• Conducting formal and informal teacher observations.

• Overseeing student assessments.

• Conducting staff training.

• Manage daily operations, ensuring all policy and procedures are met.

• Supervision of students and staff.'

 

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education and 2 years of experience
