Job Description
Care-a-lot is looking for talented, professional and caring individuals to work in our PreK and School Age program. . Assistant Teachers will work side by side with Head Teachers and parents to provide a fun, safe, supportive and educational environment for the children.. Assistant Teachers will also assist with lesson plans, caring for the children, classroom management as well as communicating with parents in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Developing parent relationships and communicating with parents regularly on children’s activities
- Maintaining classroom records and keeping necessary documentation
- Communicating effectively and directly with other staff
- Maintaining a positive work climate and having FUN!
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, AND
- At least 1 year of experience related to caring for children
