Our program is child-centered. Children learn through the exploration of self-chosen, hands-on materials. Understanding that children learn at their own pace and have a variety of interests, Montessori teachers plan lessons based on the individual interests and readiness of the children rather than chronological age.

We are growing and seeking a part-time assistant teacher with the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.ΓΒ to join our staff in August 2024. Minimum qualifications include experience with and a love for working with young children. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is a team player who is excited to grow professionally and collaborate with others to further the school's mission of service to the child.ΓΒ
The Assistant Teacher is a valuable member of a team and is responsible for assisting the Head Teacher in maintaining a nurturing and peaceful educational environment.
Must be at leastΓΒ 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. We require our team members to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

Compensation and benefits package will vary according to education and experience, however pay begins at $16.00 per hour for applicants without a BachelorΓ’β¬β’s degree.
