Join our talented team in an established American Montessori Society member school where we inspire children to become intrinsically motivated lifelong learners with excellent problem-solving skills! We are looking for patient, nurturing staff members who are willing to learn and guide children 18 months to 6 years of age on their journey to independence. We are growing and seeking a part-time assistant teacher with the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. to join our staff. Minimum qualifications include experience with and a love for working with young children. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and is a team player who is excited to grow professionally and collaborate with others to further the school's mission of service to the child.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Teacher is a valuable member of a team and is responsible for assisting the Head Teacher in maintaining a nurturing and peaceful educational environment.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old and fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Compensation and benefits package will vary according to education and experience, however pay begins at $15.00 per hour for applicants without a Bachelor’s degree.
