lead teacher is responsible for the academic, instructional, remedial, behavioral and adaptive needs of all children in an assigned age level classroom, as part of LSSNY early childhood program. Have strong managerial and techniques that can foster preschool environment. Work cooperatively with staff, parents, guardians outside agencies to better serve our children.
Oversee and provide classroom activities and instructions tailored to children overall development goals. Prepare daily lesson plans for all instructional periods. Keep records of children progress. Maintain safety measure to ensure protection of children and staff,, etc follow schedule etc
BA or MA certified in ECE or BA Or MA in a study plan in college towards a degree in ECE
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
