Position Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Communicate professionally and positively with families and team members
• Follow all TLC policies, procedures, and NYS childcare regulations
• Work as part of a team to provide quality care and supervision

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Loves working with children and enjoys helping them learn and grow
• Is dependable, patient, energetic, and responsible
• Works well with others and communicates effectively
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn and grow with our team
• Has previous child care experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED preferred

High School Diploma

CDA Certification, preferred not required

Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education, preferred not required

• Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
• Preferred Education Level: CDA Credential
