Our NAEYC accredited program enrolls children ages 2-5. We are a nonprofit, NYS Quality Star school that is a Community Based organization with the Department of NYC schools.
We are looking to hire a part-time flexible assistant teacher for Monday to Friday from 10:50 am to 2:50 pm or to 5pm as needed. This position works under the supervision of the teacher. This position includes setting up, cleaning up cots for rest time, lunch and snack time. This position includes helping students and teachers throughout the day as needed.
Assist teachers and students with cots, lunches, snack and cleaning the classroom and school.
High school diploma with some college classes would be helpful. Child Abuse certificate, Infectious disease certificate. Physical health form, fingerprints and background check.
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
