Huntington- Lloyd Harbor Preschool and Daycare offers both half and full day programs to the children enrolled in our care ages 18months- 5yrs. We are currently looking for 2 part time assistants.
Part- time teacher assistant. Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7:00am- 5:30pm. Part time will be required to provide a minimum of 3 half day shifts per week, 5 days is preferred. We are flexible and understanding with college student's schedule changes each semester. This is a year round position.
Assisting in the care of the children ages 18months- 5 yrs.
Setting up teacher specified activities.
Cleaning up after meals, including but not limited to; spraying down the tables, sweeping the floors, organizing the childrens personal belongings.
Assisting children in the bathroom.
Diaper changing.
Light cleaning throughout the day, including but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, sanitizing the tables and chairs, etc.
Being a supportive member on our team of professionals.
Willingness to learn.
