At SpringKids Family, we are committed to creating a warm, cultural, and bilingual environment where children can thrive. We are looking for a full time assistant teacher (9-5:30) or Part- Time Assistant Teachers(2:00-6:00) who is fluent Mandatin or Spanish to join our team.
- Ensure the well-being and development of infant, toddler, and preschool-aged children
- Support progressive, inquiry-based learning experiences
- Engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care and interactive play
- Closely supervise children and maintain robust health and safety standards
- Assist in planning and implementing activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of students
- Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that children understand
-Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
- Help supervise children in a safe, caring, and position environment
- Assist children with meals, diaper changing, toileting, hand washing, and nap
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, toys, and learning activities
- Help with arts & crafts, story time, music, sensory play, and outdoor activities
- Maintain classroom ceanliness, sanitation, and organization according to daycare regulations
- Observe children's behavior and communicate important information to the lead teacher
- Grear and interact professionally with parents during drop -off and pick-up time
- Support children's social, emotional, and language development
- Follow all safety procedures and daycare polocies at all times
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and billingual learning environment for children
- GED
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Must be patient, caring, responsible, and reliable
- Ability to work well with children, families
- Must be able to maintain a safe and positive classroom enviroment
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
