Imagine Early Learning Centers seeks a Head Infant Teacher for our Mt. Sinai childcare center. Our center is a safe, nurturing, fun, and friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Effective communication with families and co-teachers.
- Ability to adhere to licensing and NAEYC guidelines.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of an AA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field preferred, or in progress
- BA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field, or in progress, a plus
- 1-2 years experience teaching infants/toddlers in an Early Childhood program required
- Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process preferred
- Clearance for work in DOH child care programs and DOE PKA classrooms a plus.
- Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree
- Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
