• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Support children with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and bathroom breaks, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or disabilities, supporting inclusive learning environments
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques
• Observe and document children's progress, communicating updates to teachers and parents as needed
• Support the overall well-being of children by providing nurturing care, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities

• Prior experience of at least 1 year working with children in settings such as daycare or preschool.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members
• Demonstrated caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting children's growth.

• Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
• Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
