- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support classroom management to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources for daily activities.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to lead teachers.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Promote inclusivity by supporting children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.

- Experience or coursework in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of literacy education and preschool curriculum.
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive classroom
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management techniques.
- Passion for working with young children in a bilingual environment.
- Must speak spanish.
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: CDA Credential
