Sept 2025- june2026 school year , full salary in 10 mth span , working 8hr shift , with paid holiday.
Ideal for teacher with a love for learning , working with children under 5yrs in a smaller setting. Collaborative teaching team, ongoing professional development, creative curriculum and TSG observation tool used
Security clearance :Must pass background check and finger printing from IdentoGo
Mandatory trainings: every two years , weekly staff meetings , staff development .
This role involves leading classroom instruction, thematic planning, authentically assess students , collect data , reflection and creating goals adding data on TSG
Exhibit accountability in prep, planning, classroom management, maintain developmental appropriate materials , environment. Clean and organize
Engage families in two way communication using school preferred resources
Attend staff weekly meeting and professional developmental
Meet all scholars social emotional needs while engaging in responsive care giving. Adhere to TLC policies , protocols, health and safety procedures and calendar events.
Certified Teacher candidate- teacher certification in B-2nd grade , Bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred
Study plan lead teacher candidate- not yet certified , bachelors degree in related field with ECE course work and significant work experience with children under 6yrs.
Upon hire a study plan hire must commit to earning their ECE teacher certification within 3yrs and develop an individual study plan.
All staff must have medical , ppd , doe and doh fingerprints and clearance prior to work schedule.

- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
