Daycare Teacher Assistant- Part Time-Immediate start

Friends Academy, a Quaker Independent School, grades PS-12 is seeking a Part-Time Teacher Assistant for our Infant & Toddler Program, School Year 2024-2025, to help nurture our littlest friends, ages 6 months up to 3 years old. Our program is licensed by NYS Office of Family and Children Services and nestled on a beautiful campus. The Teacher Assistant position will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday in our school year program following the Friends Academy school calendar.  

 

 

Qualifications: A successful candidate will assist with young children's daily routines, engage in age-appropriate activities, and assist with developing skills. We are looking for a reliable, nurturing person who will enjoy working in a comfortable, pleasant school setting. Experience with young children is required. NYSOFCS Background Screening is required.
