PEACE, Inc. is a local private, not-for-profit, Community Action Agency that administers a Head Start and Early Head Start program and other services within Syracuse and Onondaga County.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with classroom team in implementing a child-centered, quality early childhood program.
2. Provide a safe, warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that supports each child's individual growth and development.
3. Support the involvement and engagement of parents or caregivers of enrolled children.
4.Complete observations and evaluations of children. Input daily attendance and meal counts into database.

High School Diploma or GED, experience working with preschool children in a group setting, and ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum Education Level: CDA Credential
- Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
