Physical Therapist

Description:

A Child’s Place at Unity House has full-time and part-time positions available in our Physical Therapy Department.

• Provide services to children from birth to age five years.
• Supportive multidisciplinary team in both home and school based settings.
• Strong problem solving skills, computer knowledge, and be up to date on evidence based pediatric physical therapy                     practices.
• Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and pediatric internship preferred can possibly be a new graduate.              New York State certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation, Valid NYS driver’s license and acceptable driving record as determined by our                      company’s liability insurance policy.
• Experience: Some experience working with young children required. Three to five years physical therapy experience                   preferred.  At least two of these years pediatric experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.
