Organization Statement
As an Education Specialist you will demonstrate the ability and interest to develop and implement the Department Of Education, Creative Curriculum for the Family Child Care Providers.Â
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with Family Childcare Network curriculum standards.
- Train and mentor providers in effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and ensure educational goals are met.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
- Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience working in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Especially experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
