Description:

An assistant teacher is in charge of:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children
Following all safety regulations
Assisting with basic physical needs like feeding, diaper changing, and hygiene
Helping develop and implement lesson plans that meet children's needs
Recording daily observations
Communicating with a team of staff and parents
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Establishing positive relationships with families.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

must be at least 19 years old
must have a high school diploma or GED
in college is a plus

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Preferred Education Level: Some College Credits
