You will assist the lead teacher helping with all aspects of classroom management.

· You will help to engage students in various classroom activities.

· You will assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.

· You will monitor  attendance and track student progress, documenting observations and providing feedback to the lead teacher as needed.

·  You will help promote supportive and respectful classroom environment.

· You will collaborate with teachers weekly to share ideas and plan curriculum including monthly events.
