School Professionals is recruiting substitute preschool teachers and teacher aides immediately available for preschool assignments next school year across all 5 boroughs and parts of Long Island. Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a substitute teacher will include carrying out the professional duties of a classroom teacher, adhering to school policies and School Professionals policies, possessing a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, reporting for scheduled work reliably and punctually, and maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Applying to become a School Professionals teacher or teacher aide is easy! All you need to apply is a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3+ months experience in a teaching, childcare or analogous position with ages 5 and/or younger.

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: At least 3+ months experience in a teaching, childcare or analogous position with ages 5 and/or younger 
Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
