Description:

Sr. Administrative Director of Early Childhood Education Division Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CMCS child care programs according to our various funders' requirements.
  • Review the structure, individual performance and program performance for all of the ECED programs.
  • Coordinate budget planning with members of the Early Childhood Education Management team.
  • Work with other organizations in the community to foster collaboration as defined by the various ECED funders.
  • Decision making in conjunction with the Senior VP of ECED regarding program operations.
  • Monitor all ECED functions in the areas of Divisional compliance with CMCS policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual program self-assessment, community assessment, ECED strategic plan and service plans and other related program requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Child Development, Business Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, with specific expertise in program development, fiscal management, and budgeting; and extensive experience in the development of high-performance teams, team building practices, and conflict resolution strategies.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine Required!
