Leadership Book Group: Strong Ground by Brene Brown
Join the Southern Tier Early Childhood Professional Development Institute and fellow early childhood leaders and directors for a professional book study of Strong Ground by BrenΓ© Brown. This three-part series explores how courageous leadership, vulnerability, trust, and values-based decision-making can strengthen leadership practices in early childhood settings. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical application, participants will examine how to create cultures of belonging, foster authentic relationships with staff and families, and lead with clarity and purpose. The book group provides an opportunity to connect research-based leadership concepts to the unique challenges and opportunities within early childhood programs. Those committing to attending the three-part series will be provide the book.
Members must register by: 9/6:Β for ample time for book delivery.
