Leader Cafes 2025
Leader Cafes use multi-modal media to facilitate discussion around leadership. Participants will be given links to articles, podcasts, or other media before the discussion date. During the discussion, participants are encouraged to share what resonated with them and relate that to the ongoing work of early education.

Prior to the meeting, participants will be given a link to the podcast, Timeless Leadership Insights with Simon Sinek. Simon speaks with Chanie Wilschanski from “Schools of Excellence” about what it means to be a leader. Other topics include becoming a student of leadership, creating an environment for staff to flourish, and discovering your “why.”

During the meeting, participants will discuss what resonated with them and how it relates to their everyday work in early childhood education.
