Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Teacher Aide  who is energetic, cheerful and flexible to work collaboratively with our Team to provide safe and suitable care which is supportive to the physical, intellectual, emotional and social well-being of children ages 2 years to 5 years old. Must be able to adjust work schedule as needed by Program.

  • Approximately 20 hours/week
  • 10am-1pm
  • Monday to Friday or several days/week

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • supervising children during all activities
  •  preparing materials, and equipment for daily activities
  • maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment 
  • working cooperatively with Team and families, 
  • serving meals and cleanup

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a child care setting/with young children
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to bend, stand, and lift 
Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
Preferred Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Additional Information:

We will help you do the following which is required to be hired: 

  • Complete a successful background check and clearance 
  • Complete 15 hours of health and safety training 
  • Provide a current medical statement which must be renewed annually
