Crescent Pine Child Care Center is located in the heart of Springcreek, Brooklyn, New York. This center is a 12-month 3 K and Prek site.
Seeking to fill the Director of Education position.
Requirements include New York State Certification, preferably in Early Childhood.
Developing and implementing educational programs and policies that align with educating young children.
Providing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and development.
Seek opportunities to involve parents and the community in the program.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
New York State Certification in Early Childhood Education or related.
Master's degree preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of child development, curriculum development, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Minimum Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
