Our organization offers a wide range of services, including Case Management, Case Assistance, Crime Victim Assistance, Elder Justice, Transportation, Friendly Visiting, and sponsors two Older Adult Centers, all available to individuals aged 60 and older.

Additionally, CASC is designated as the local hub for the NY Connects program, an information, referral and assistance program that supports individuals of all ages, caregivers and helping professionals.

Consumer Notice is a consumer advocacy organization that informs the public about the health and safety risks associated with defective products, environmental dangers and other hazards and presents legal options to those who have been injured through the fault of another person or entity.

Mount Sinai Selikoff Centers for Occupational Health is an occupational health clinic within the NYS Occupational Health Clinic Network.

We specialize in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of work related injury and illness. We also help patients through the NYS Workers’ Compensation process.

Any worker who may have suffered a work related injury or illnesses can be referred to us. Our medical providers will evaluate if the condition is work related. Initial assessment and evaluation is of no cost to the patient, even if condition(s) found not to be work related.

Health insurance is not required and we do not ask about immigration status. Both in person and telehealth visits are available.

Personal Child Care Development Inc. is dedicated to offering compassionate early intervention services, including evaluation and therapeutic support, to children and families. 

Our mission is to empower every child with the tools and resources needed to thrive, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes growth, development, and a brighter future.

Pediatric outpatient clinics offer evidence based trauma therapy to children and youth who have experienced trauma. We also offer free virtual Trauma 101 trainings on Adverse Childhood Experiences(ACEs) and Child Trauma.

Seamen's Society for Children & Families Health Home Care Management Program helps navigate the healthcare needs of children. The Care Managers work with doctors and other community providers to pay special attention to the needs of the children in the program. The Care Managers provide referrals for community and social support services as well as advocate on behalf of the children and family. The SSCF Health Home Care Management Program provides transitional care, comprehensive case management, continuity of care through health promotion and partnership and communication between providers. The Care Manager will help caregivers access and organize health and wellness needs for the children and family. Eligible children and families must have active Medicaid to qualify.

Partnerships for Community Wellness works with Staten Island communities to realize their power to improve well-being. By centering community voices and partnering with local organizations, we co-develop and implement strategies that build on existing strengths and create lasting, positive public health outcomes.

Staten Island Performing Provider System (SI PPS) is a non-profit public health organization founded in 2014. SI PPS received funding to build a network of medical, behavioral health, and social service agencies tasked with implementing projects to improve health outcomes, improve quality of care, and reduce costs for the Medicaid program.SI PPS succeeded in meeting the State's targets for reducing avoidable hospital utilization and improving access to medical and behavioral health, among others. At the end of the program, SI PPS earned high performance funding which has been invested back into network partners who have continued to expand upon population health improvement initiatives.

In 2024, New York State received an extension of their Medicaid 1115 waiver amendment to implement a new initiative called New York Health Equity Reform. Under this waiver, SI PPS became the lead entity in Richmond County to develop a Social Care Network.

The goal of the Social Care Network is to expand and enhance the capability of our network to provide health-related social needs screening for all Medicaid members, improve the coordination and delivery of social care services, and reduce health disparities.
