The Institute is pleased to share a resource from our partners at the NYS Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC). The ECAC released a new set of Local, State and National Spotlight Interviews that highlight innovative early childhood initiatives. The Institute’s Diana Diaz, Director of the Aspire Registry, is featured in her role as President of the National Workforce Registry Alliance and with her colleague, Kimberlee Belcher, for their work at the federal level.
