The Institute’s Career Development Center has developed a guide that provides information about unemployment benefits and changes for early childhood educators during COVID-19. It covers April 2020 through July 2020. The guide shares eligibility information for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) and includes what you need to provide when applying. It also shares information about the CARES Act and the relief it is providing for workers affected by Coronavirus. In addition, the guide includes important information for Head Start Employees.
