The NYC Leadership Initiative and QUALITYstarsNY are proud to partner to offer this series. We welcome leaders to join us for this special learning community to study "Coaching with Powerful Interactions". This text is the work of Judy Jablon, Amy Laura Dombro, and Shaun Johnsen. It is the next step after "Powerful Interactions" for professionals who are supporting staff that lead early childhood instruction in all different learning spaces. If you're looking to join a community and take the next step in applying Powerful Interactions to your practice as a leader, this learning community is for you. We'll consider our stance as leaders, the way we would like to support relationships with our teams, and how the Three Steps of a Powerful Interaction can become deeply rooted in our practice.

We'll meet for 4 sessions to study this material and practice it together in small groups. This opportunity is available to leaders who support QUALITYstarsNY programs.
