Bravery in Leadership

Join us to get inspired by the leaders who have taken risks and displayed bravery in their leadership practice. The panel would center on experiences, stories and advice of panelists who have broken the mold and moved the needle for themselves and their community while setting an example for their staff, peers and other leaders. In this panel we will also explore the concept of “risk appetite” and what it might look like in daily leadership practice whether its new management approaches, staffing strategy or community partnerships.

This panel discussion is for you if you are charting your course towards leadership positions in the future or are already in a leadership position. We encourage everyone from center directors to lead teachers and specialists to attend this panel and gain new ideas, inspiration and explore stories of bravery and experimentation in this field.
