Description:

Training /Compliance Manager is responsible for the preparation of an annual training plan. Engages in training and other opportunities to enhance professionally competent practices. Assists in assessing the staff development needs of the organization. They are also responsible in seeing that all employees have completed all mandatory trainings keeping the agency in compliance..

Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in education, human services, or related field with eight (8) years of experience in the Human Services field and five (5) years in a supervisory role and an approved plan to meet the foregoing preferred requirement.
