The Position:

The Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director. He/She will be responsible for the operational success of SWAN After-School and Summer Program with responsibility of the following:

Develop and implement program guidelines and policies with the purpose of ensuring compliance with all government regulations, as well as maintaining alignment with SWAN’s mission.
Manage and lead program planning and implementation to fulfill enrollment goal and program outcomes.
Monitor the effectiveness of programs and services with evaluations; interpret data into actionable recommendations and identify areas of success/areas for improvement.
Facilitate of communication between parents, children, teachers, teacher assistants and vendors including organized after-school activities/events, program announcement, and fundraising events.
Participate in the organization of all after-school activities/events.
Hiring, supervise and training of teacher assistants.
Providing administrative support for office.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) Preferred.
One or more years of experience with the after-school program field.
Strong administration, management and problem solving skills, both oral and written.
Ability to effectively communicate with parents, all levels of staff, and vendors.

Detail oriented, self-starter and the ability to think outside the box
English/Chinese bilingual skills and bicultural capabilities preferred
