One of the members is the Institute\u2019s Executive Director, Sherry Cleary. Sherry discusses some of the Institute\u2019s efforts to support the early childhood workforce during the pandemic. These efforts include the <a href=\"https:\/\/earlychildhoodny.org\/blog\/category\/teaching-leading-caring\/\">Teaching, Caring, and Learning<\/a> section of our blog that was created for the workforce to offer resources, teacher self-care tips, remote learning strategies, and more. The Career Development Center created the <a href=\"https:\/\/ies.ed.gov\/transfer.asp?location=earlychildhoodny.org\/cdsc\/\">ECE Employment Network<\/a> to match job seekers with employers. The Institute also conducted a survey, sent to 20,000 ECE providers, to learn about their concerns.
