Future Prints Childcare has been in operation since 2014, serving hundreds of families in our community and NYC. We have provided early care and education and believe that strong communities are built by children and families who have access and skills and choice to create pathways to their success. Each Lead Teacher will ensure that all children reach developmentally appropriate milestones through the implementation of evidence-based curricula, individualized support and high-quality learning environments. Lead Teachers will focus on making sure that all the children and families will be ready to be successful in Pre-Kindergarten and in life, while ensuring that all 3-K For All Performance Standards and site-specific funding regulations are met or exceeded.

Curriculum and Instruction, Family Engagement, Professional Development, Health and Safety

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree required, relevant experience; and must have one of the following Early Childhood Teaching Certifications valid within the state of New York: Early Childhood (Birth - Grade 2); Bilingual preferred • Dedicated, excited and passionate about teaching and learning with young children • Professional approach • Resourceful & dependable • Effective communication skills- Familiar with Creative Curriculum, NY common core, CLASS, ECCERS and Teaching Strategies. A review and final determination of credentials and qualifications are reserved for the site’s Education Director.
