-Oversee the day to day operations and maintain a center that meets or exceeds the company guidelines, licensing requirements, health regulations, and fire cold and keep all permits and license current.
- Conduct tours for prospective parents, enroll new families and assist the management's efforts to quickly ramp up and meet schools enrollment goal
- Recruit, train, evaluate and retain quality staff. Handle staff scheduling other personnel-related matters
- Establish positive working relationships and communicate effectively with the corporate office, staff, parents, children, state licensing authorities, vendors and other members of the community.
- Master/Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
- Holds Teaching License / Certificate in Early childhood Education
- 2+ year of Lead Teacher experience in early childhood education program
- Must be Patient, Reliable, Energetic, and Love kids
- Multi-lingual (English /Chinese/ Spanish) is a plus
